Kingjet CJRM5200 — 5.2m Hybrid UV Printer

Massive 5.2m Print Width – A monumental 5200mm print width handles the world's largest standard media rolls without seaming. For commercial printers doing large format printing and banner printing, this means full-width billboards and banners from start to finish with no manual intervention.
SII Seiko RC1536 Printheads – Configured with industrial Seiko RC1536 printheads, delivering exceptional speed, durability, and color density. This configuration makes it the best UV printer for high-volume, fine-detail UV printing on the widest media available.
Ultra-Fast Production (2580 Sqft/hr) – With production speeds up to 2580 square feet per hour, the CJRM5200 adapts to massive orders. For a print on demand billboard business or a banner printing machine operation, you can run high-speed banner printing and finish jumbo rolls in record time.
Instant UV LED Drying System – UV LED lamps cure the ink instantly as it hits the media. This UV printer machine workflow allows immediate rolling, cutting, and shipping, making it far faster than the solvent inks used in a flex printing machine.
Advanced Bulk Ink Supply – Features a high-capacity bulk ink supply system designed for 24/7 continuous UV printing. This keeps the UV printer machine running with minimal maintenance, perfect for commercial printers handling non-stop digital printing equipment workloads.
Versatile Media Compatibility – Prints flawlessly on vinyl stickers, PVC flex, canvas, wallpaper, and mesh. For businesses seeking a dedicated printer for vinyl and flexible signage, this wide format printer handles the biggest jobs your customers send.

CJRM5200 UV Printer FAQ

The CJRM5200 is the best UV printer for commercial printers because it combines a massive 5.2m roll-to-roll width with SII Seiko RC1536 printheads. This allows for incredibly fast large format printing (up to 2580 Sqft/hr) on jumbo rolls without sacrificing quality. As a UV printer machine, it uses instant-curing UV LED technology, meaning prints are dry and ready to cut or roll the second they leave the machine. For businesses that need to produce outdoor banners, billboards, and large poster printing at high volumes, the CJRM5200 offers the production capacity that standard digital printing equipment cannot match.

A flex printing machine uses solvent inks and is mainly built for outdoor banners on flexible PVC. A UV printer like the CJRM5200 cures ink instantly with LED-UV, supports white ink, and handles a wider range of media including canvas, wallpaper, mesh, and PET film. This makes it more versatile digital printing equipment for commercial printers who need billboard printing, banner printing, and vinyl stickers from one machine — without the screen preparation and registration that flex printing requires.

Yes. The CJRM5200 prints vinyl, PVC flex, canvas, and PET film at up to 5.2m wide, and its high-speed production mode suits both vinyl sticker production at industrial scale and large poster printing on canvas and photo paper for trade show backdrops, exhibition graphics, and building wraps.

A 5.2m hybrid UV printer is priced differently from a UV flatbed printer or a smaller UV DTF printer because of its massive width, SII Seiko RC1536 printhead configuration, and hybrid roll-fed media handling. The CJRM5200 suits flexible roll media for billboard printing and large format signage, while a flatbed suits rigid boards and a DTF printer suits small transfers.
