Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines, charges, and procedures for KingJet products.

This shipping policy outlines our delivery procedures, timelines, and charges for all KingJet products and spare parts.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and dispatch timelines may vary by product and location.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery to addresses within India. Shipments outside of India are not available at this time.

Delivery is available to all serviceable locations within India. Some remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options or additional charges.

3. Delivery Time

Standard dispatch: 2–7 business days (subject to stock availability).

Estimated delivery times are provided as business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-7 business days from the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges and delivery timelines are confirmed during order processing.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

5. Large Equipment Delivery

Large equipment deliveries may require additional handling time.

Large equipment such as industrial printers and plotters require special handling and delivery arrangements. These items may take 7-14 business days for delivery depending on the location and accessibility.

Delivery of large equipment may require customer assistance for unloading and placement. Our delivery team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@kingjet.in.

If you received damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
