1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch confirmation.
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@kingjet.in with your order details.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the return policy will apply once the item is delivered.
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please contact us for specific details about your order.
2. Return Eligibility
incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition with all packaging and accessories. The following items are eligible for return:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Items not matching the description
- Products with manufacturing defects
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day period
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method as applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
4. Warranty Returns
Products under warranty may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
All KingJet products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by product type. During the warranty period, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
To claim warranty service, please contact us with your purchase details and a description of the issue. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and return the product for inspection.
5. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
