Refunds and returns are handled as per product type, order status, and warranty terms.
- Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch confirmation.
- incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method as applicable.
- Custom/special-order items may be non-refundable.
